The AP400 Air cushion system is the newest product of OUPACK. This innovative system works automatically to satisfy all of your
packing needs. The operator needs only to choose one of the ten
programs corresponding to the shape and the quantity of material
required. With the AP400 system you can produce the right amount of
exact material that is required, on your own premises. The AP400
machine injects air between two sheets of polyethylene, to produce
a sheet of soldered, pre-cut bubbles that are automatically wound
onto an ultra-light reel. The polyethylene film stock may be
customized with your company trademark, slogans or other wording.
The sheet of bubbles produced by the AP400 is 99% of air and 1% of
film. This makes air cushion packing very light and reduces
transportation costs considerably, as well as saving precious space
in the warehouse. In fact, 1 m3 of polyethylene film is enough to
create about 400 m3 of air cushion material. The air cushion
packing is reusable and recyclable. The AP400 system offers you
savings of between 30% and 70% compared with other systems.
